微軟的系統又出問題，根據 Microsoft 在 8/12 發佈的 KB2982791 上提到在已知的 4 項安全性更新會造成 Windows 系統嚴重崩潰並無法正常啟動。

已知出現的問題
1. 無法變更預設字型目錄，在 C:\Windows\Fonts 以外的字型都將無法使用。
2. 微軟調查中的字型也無法使用，微軟已下架無法使用的字型，但已知安裝有問題的字型有哪些尚無提供。
3. 造成 Windows 系統 0x50 Stop 錯誤訊息，並且這個錯誤為永久性，將無法正常啟動 Windows。
解決問題
若已無法正常啟動 Windows 並不停出現藍底白字，請重開機並按 F8 啟動安全模式進入 Windows
- 修復無法啟動 Windows 問題
刪除 fntcache.dat 檔，位於 C:\Windows\system32\fntcache.dat
或是 cmd
C:\del %windir%\system32\fntcache.dat
- 修復字型錯誤問題
setp.2 cmd 執行 regedit 啟動登錄檔並找到以下路徑
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts\
刪除 MyOpenTypeFont 這個 value 並將 Fonts 匯出。
- 移除所有已知問題的更新
「控制台」→「程式和功能」→「檢視安裝的更新」找到以下KB項目並移除
- KB2982791
- KB2970228
- KB2975719
- KB2975331
重開機並將 Fonts 匯入即可正常
※也可將硬碟取出刪除 C:\Windows\system32\fntcache.dat 再啟動 Windows
